Not receiving password reset emails – please remove from bounce list

Hello Netlify Support,

I cannot access my Netlify account.

  • Account email: smartbauplatform.ai@gmail.com
  • When I try “Log in with Google”, I get an “Authentication Error”.
  • When I try email/password login, it says “No user found”.
  • I tried “Forgot your password?”, but I never receive the reset email (checked spam/promotions).

It looks like my email may be on your bounce list.
Please remove it so I can receive password reset emails and log in.
