Not receiving notifications of form submission since custom DNS configured

Hi,

I’ve stopped receiving notifications of form submissions since I put my site live with custom DNS configured.

I see that form submissions are arriving at Netlify. Notifications were previously working fine, but now the notification, which should be sent to ben.hill@inprocess.org.uk is not received.

The site name is: famous-longma-ede304
With inprocess.org.uk pointing to your IP with an A record

I have now tried sending a form submission from https://famous-longma-ede304.netlify.app/ but don’t receive a notification for this either.

I’ve checked spam, searched the docs and forums. Any help much appreciated!

DNS for inprocess.org.uk is currently not configured correctly. [Support Guide] DNS Quick Start - How to set up DNS provides the required setup which is the apex inprocess.org.uk should have an A record with the value 75.2.60.5 (which it does) and the www sub-domain should have a CNAME record with the value famous-longma-ede304.netlify.app (currently the CNAME value is inprocess.org.uk).

When it comes to receiving notifications, this is unlikely to work because there are no MX records configured.
