Form submission notifications don't work

Hi,

I have set up “Form Submission Notifications” for my form, but I am not getting any notifications after submission. May you help me, please?

  • We need to know your netlify site name: cosmic-puppy-d4233a.netlify.app
  • DNS issues?: No
  • Build problems?: No
  • Did you try Ask Netlify, our generative AI chatbot, before posting?: Yeah, but none of the options were suitable

Hi, @DeH4eG. We have receiving multiple email delivery failures from your email service. We are sending the emails but your email provider is rejecting them. Please contact the technical support for your email service to find out why that is happening and to get it fixed.
