No HTTPS with Netlify DNS

Hi Team and Forum,

I have set up my website and domain with the Netlify DNS and it is approved and deployed. But sadly I cannot get the HTTPS wildcards running. In the domain management the HTTPS section provides me following error: We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.

I have checked my website with DNS checker and it gives me the four name servers of Netlify. I also tried to solve it with the AI bot. I went through the trouble shooting page but cannot find something that would prevent the automatic Let’s Encrypt certificates that come with the Netlify DNS.

My pages are:

https://lavendelcatering.netlify.app/ (Netlify subdomain)

http://lavendelcatering.de/ (Primary domain)

http://www.lavendelcatering.de/ (Redirects automatically to primary domain)

I don’t know if this is relevant or not, but I tried to set the www.page as the primary domain but it give me following error: We’re provisioning a certificate for your site, you cannot change custom domains until that process completes

I would be thankful for help. If any info is missing I can add it.
Thanks in advance guys.

I’ve sent this request to our helpdesk, we’ll follow up via email.

Thanks, I have received an email from your colleagues. The HTTPS apparently just needed more time than usual to set up. I think it took like a week for anybody stumbling across this thread.
