New account problem

I created a new account and it is tied to an existing account.
I received an authentication email. If I proceed, will I lose my existing data?

While logged in to netlify, I pressed the verification button that was sent to my new account email address and it connects to my existing account and asks me to continue. I am concerned that if I proceed, I will lose my existing data.

@senyouyo I’m not sure, if you must do it that way, you’ll need to wait for Netlify to answer (or risk it).

It’s obviously not intended that you “already be logged in” when “creating an account”.

You could try logging out of your existing account, then clicking the link in the email again.

the address to reply to
is no longer available
it is tied to my account
if I want to request a reply to a different email address

It’s your choice how you proceed, they will eventually encounter this thread regardless.

You should expect that they won’t let you request the details of, or make changes to, an account that you cannot access the details of.
