did you retry after ?
After what? I’m having troubles understand you.
retry to login if it not working its it was fix buy something
after testing with https://reqbin.com/ its see that the problem come from the javascript code that send bad content
Okay, so do you still need help or did you figure out the issue?
no because I use a package made for netlify identity. But its supposed to work
its normal that this does work because of this ? GitHub - netlify/netlify-identity-widget: A zero config, framework free Netlify Identity widget. I use that for the login
I’m sorry, I simply do not understand what you’re trying to say. I’m not able to get any HTTP 500 on your site.

could this be ip ban ?
IP ban would return a 404 not a 500. If you can reproduce this, please share a HAR file: HAR Analyzer (googleapps.com)
here the har for the login with github
identity.services.netlify.com.har (143.3 KB)
Not sure where that’s coming from. I’ve asked the devs to check.
After removing my account and recreate it its now working but could the problem be that Is that I store the use image in base64 in account ? or I need to do it the in the database for the image?
You can store it in base64, though I won’t recommend it. It’s not meant for file storage and could lead to various issues.
its only the user image but do you know a place to do that with a api ?
I’m not sure. We cannot help with a custom third-party implementation.
