My Netlify Pro team was disabled due to a billing issue and I’m trying to get it restored.
When I check my account and invoices, it looks like the team that owned my site may be missing or no longer showing in the dashboard, so I’m not sure what state the account is in. When I search projects, I can see the project is still there, but dashboard has been disabled, with no way of inserting a payment method to restore. DNS is owned through Netlify as well.

I’ve already emailed support twice but haven’t heard back yet. I’ve checked billing and my dashboard but can’t find a way to restore access.
Any help would be appreciated.
