We’ve got a Netlify account that had 2 Pro teams, one team we’ve had unpaid since December as we’ve not been actively using it.
We’ve logged in today to pay for it but the team has completely disappeared, along with 2 domains that we paid for.
The team name is Sobal and as our domain DNS was dependant on netlify, our emails are also down so we cannot receive the emails.
Please could we get some assistance.
