Netlify arbitrary charges

Why is the charge this month $76, which has always been $19 before? Please give me a reasonable explanation of how netlife charges indiscriminately!
What is git contributors? Why does it cost $57?

My other nelify account, with the same configuration, does not charge this fee.

I don’t need this configuration, refund me $57!
