Luckily, you should now be able to verify yourself via stripe to unlock your account. Please try signing in again and follow the prompts to upload a copy of your ID so we can be sure you are legitimate. If you are not prompted to do this please submit a support ticket and mark the reason as “signup/login”.

OR the other option if you do not want to provide your ID documents you can signup again but for a pro tier and that will bypass the ID verification process.

I tried verifying but my id is in a form of a book not a card the part about the back it says the barcode is not visible.

Hi, what country is your ID from and what’s the official name of the ID. Is it a passport? You can view the acceptable forms of documentation here.

Unfortunately, if you don’t any other form of ID as listed here then you’ll need to wait till the official ID comes in or signup for a Pro trial to bypass the Identification process.
