We have a site hosted on netlify free plan currently, that we previously had a pro account for (to use password protection). Once we didn’t need the password we downgraded back to starter plan. Now I can’t seem to find the files when I login. Did I lose access to the previous files? I think I might be on a different team now that it’s the starter plan? Any help/insight would be much appreciated!
We don’t remove anything when you downgrade. What site are you looking for that might be lost? More details will always be helpful in requests like these
