Password protect site - starter/free plan?

Hi

When I signed up to Netlify I seen that on the package comparison page (attached) it has a tick in the password protect site feature, however when I try to enable this it says I need to upgrade to the pro plan? Seems strange to advertise that feature and then not have it?

Or am I missing something?
