My team is showing the “run out of credits” banner and production deploys / Agent Runners are disabled, but my Usage & Billing page clearly shows credits remaining.

- Billing period: Jul 17 – Aug 16, 2026
- Credits available: 29
- Concurrent builds: 0/1
- Error banner: “j-japan has run out of credits — Your sites may go offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”
This looks like the same known July 2026 credit-migration bug reported by many other Free plan users recently (stale/stuck credit-exceeded flag despite available credits).
Could you please reset the stuck credit flag and re-enable production deploys for team “j-japan” (slug: gohtaeyun)?
