Issue upgrading account

I’m seeing other posts on here that involve a Netlify team member having to modify account settings when a user upgrades and has this error:

unable to create subscription: [{:code=>53000020, :message=>"Account is not activated."}]

If this is the case, can someone take a look at my account?
