I have an open source non profit web app that I’m running using netlify. I have applied for the open source grant or sponsorship from netlify using their form. I got the email that a support ticket has been created but it’s been over 10 days and I haven’t heard back from them.

Hi, @dotslashbit. I do not find any support tickets using the same email address as used for this forum login. What is the ticket # of the ticket that was created or what is the email address used to apply for the open source plan?
