In my production domains tab its showing awaiting external dns my website is note working shows dns address not found

geoengineers.in’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.

  1. in my production domains area in domain management it shows awaiting external dns earlier it was working fine but now its showing awaiting external dns i added a TXT from google console search for seo in my dns records but now i have deleted it but website still not working.

You need to configure DNS for the domain, you can follow these instructions for either Netlify DNS or External DNS.

I suggest checking the setup of geoengineers.in @naayeemkhan as something is not right.

whois shows GoDaddy nameservers

$ whois geoengineers.in | grep "Name Server"
Name Server: ns46.domaincontrol.com
Name Server: ns45.domaincontrol.com

However I can see no DNS records using dig or any of the online DNS checking tools (such as this one.) It is this reason the domain is not reachable.

Also note the image in your last post is missing.

i purchased domain from go daddy then copied netlify name servers in go daddy website was working fine
1 day then suddenly it stoppped working showing dns address not found dns probe then netliy support told me to use external dns so i did that can u tell me 75.2.60.5 ? is this the value i have to use in my dns records in go daddy

This is not an issue with Netlify.

I suggest contacting GoDaddy support.

75.2.60.5 is the loadbalancer IP address. As per the guide linked to above by @sid.m this value is for the apex domain.

In the screenshot you provided your records look correct. But something (else) is not correct and is it nothing to do with, nor is solvable by, Netlify (nor likely members of this community.) Hence my suggestion you contain GoDaddy support or consult the GoDaddy help center.

i contacted godaddy they told me thatyour domain is not pointing to any ip address 75.2.60.5 is this correct value when i put this value in my browser it leads to nothing CNAME geoengineers.netlify.app is correct or should i wait as it ight take some time for dns propagation

I’m not seeing any A record for the domain geoengineers.in. I’d recommend double checking that the records you created are for the correct domain. Those are the correct values, but there don’t appear to be any records associated with your domain.
