My client started a project on a free plan—as is often the case—and we recently upgraded it to the Personal plan. The payment went through successfully, yet the account doesn’t reflect the purchased credit amount, and the project still shows as being on the free plan. Credits were regenerated, but only 300 were added. I don’t see the new plan; what could be happening?
