I have run out of credits....but cannot seem to upgrade

For the first time, I actually used all my credits for the month, but every time I try to upgrade or add more credits, my Netlify account just shows that it’s “loading.” Really inconvenient when I’m trying to fix this, and there’s no way to contact anyone or get ahold of anyone to help me. Literally trying to give you more money…
