I can’t purchase credits - all sites down. this is a critical issue as all my sites are down and I can’t get any payment to be authorized. This is directly impacting my business.

How did you get it fixed? This has really messed me up today. Literally getting in touch with anyone from billing/netlify is nearly impossible I’m having to find alternative places to host my netlify since it’s so buggy. This is ridiculous.
I think my monthly billing went through ok, but I wasn’t allowed to purchase more credits. I thought it would have been fixed by now, but Im still running into billing issues
