I have been unable to deploy to porfolioid.com for 5 days.
Every deploy is skipped with “Skipped due to account credit
usage exceeded” despite having 3,298+ credits available.
This is a backend system flag — not a credits issue. I
purchased additional credits and the problem persists, which
confirms this requires manual intervention on Netlify’s end.
I have opened 3 support tickets (#1034886, #1035117, #1035629)
over 5 days and have only received automated responses with
no resolution.

Can a Netlify staff member please manually clear the credit
limit flag on my account so deploys can resume?
I’m dealing with the same issue. This seems to be a wide spread problem. The support is non-existent.
Chiming in because I am dealing with the exact same glitch right now.
Our team account has a completely positive credit balance after a successful top-up, yet all of our new builds and deployments are entirely blocked/skipped. It is clearly a stuck backend restriction flag that fails to clear automatically, making this a highly disruptive, widespread issue.
Like everyone else here, standard email support has been a total black hole for days.
