I’m very annoyed at the lack of customer service. For the last week, I’ve been unable to deploy anything. My projects are paused because the system says that I’ve run out of credits, but I have 3,200 credits. I’ve had no issues for the past four month’s until this week, and despite multiple emails and posts, Netlify has been unable to assist me with any real solutions. Their last email said to log out and log back in, clear cache, etc. I did all of those things and I still can’t deploy my site. I need a real solution. I need someone to fix this. Has anyone dealt with these types of issues before? My site is ready to launch, but this issue has placed serious doubts in my mind. Any assistance would be appreciated.
