How to resolve prorated billing ($19.00 -> $36.16) for one form

Last month while on here I came across a pop-up of sorts to upgrade to Forms Level 1 for my site, https://www.penhawk.com, which I found peculiar given the fact that I already was on Forms Level 1. Not wanting to run the risk of my clients not being able to make submissions, and thinking that I must have just mistakenly been downgraded from Forms Level 1 to Forms Level 0 for whatever reason, I upgraded (again). However, today I find that I have received prorated billing of $36.16 for October as opposed to the normal monthly billing of $19.00. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! I’ve refunded the $17.16 proration charge, you should see that back in your account in 1-3 business days. I’ve also removed the extra forms subscription so you shouldn’t see this double charge in the future.
