Can someone please help? Last month I was billed $36.16 USD for what should have been a $19.00 USD charge for Forms Level 1. While that was resolved and the prorated amount reimbursed, now this month I have been billed $46.25 USD (double proration) for what should have been a singular $19.00 charge.
