Gitlab notification / comments very unreliable

Netlify seems to be extremely unreliable on commenting on our Merge Requests in Gitlab with the links to the deploy log, deployment URL etc.

For example, this deployment: Netlify App

Was triggered when the MR was created in Gitlab, but Netlify didn’t leave the comment to say the deployment was ready to preview.

Sometimes it works fine, and there seems to be no pattern to it.

Why not?

Thanks so much for reaching out, and welcome to the Netlify Forums! Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your merge request comments. Have you tried reconfiguring the notifications manually? You can see how to do that in the Netlify Docs. Let me know!
