To make getting the latest information about your deploys even easier, Netlify now creates GitHub/GitLab pull request comment notifications by default for new sites when connecting to a repo.
What’s changed?
When connecting a site to a Git repository, Netlify will post a comment to all new pull and merge requests (example image below). Previously, only the commit status hooks were enabled by default.

You can adjust these notifications from your Site Deploy notifications settings. To enable/disable pull request comment notifications, please visit Site settings > Build & deploy > Deploy notifications
and select your preferred notification settings.
