GitHub commit notifications are firing even though they are disabled

Site: https://jolly-booth-8fce9b.netlify.app
Example PR: Testlotsofchanges by vikram-test · Pull Request #7 · vikram-redhat/openshift-docs · GitHub

In my Deploy notification settings: Netlify App, I have only set “Add Deploy Preview notifications as pull request comments when Deploy Preview succeeds”. Yet, with each PR, I get the GH commit checks.

Any help appreciated.

Changing the settings for all sites using that repo will be the solution for this issue.
