The dashboard banner says “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”, but Usage & Billing shows 28.8 of 30 credits remaining, granted 21 August 2026. This looks like the known July/August 2026 stuck credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams. Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for this team?
