I on the Free plan and showing the banner “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, Usage & Billing shows 30 credits available. This looks like the known July/August 2026 stuck credit-flag bug reported by many other Free plan teams. Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for my team?
