Dashboard banner says “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”, but Usage & Billing shows 30 credits available. This looks like the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug affecting many Free plan teams. Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys?
