Hi, our Free plan team is showing “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused” (see screenshot), even though the Usage & billing page shows 30 credits available (with a warning icon) for the current cycle (Sep 12 - Oct 11).
This looks like the same “stuck operational credits flag” bug reported by several other Free plan teams recently (e.g. threads titled “30/30 credits but production deploys are paused” and “Production deploys paused despite 30/300 credits available”). We have a pending production deploy (a bug fix) that we can’t ship because of this.
Could someone from the team take a look and clear the flag for our team, or let us know if this is expected behavior given the credit balance shown? We’d rather not upgrade if this is indeed a bug on your end.
