Hi Netlify team,
My team “THP Media” (slug: tangvanhung-star, Free plan) shows the banner
“now running on operational credits - production deploys and Agent Runners
are paused”, but Usage & billing shows 29.9/30 credits remaining (labeled
“Operational credits”, granted July 30, 2026, expires August 16, 2026).
Billing period: Jul 16 - Aug 15.
The usage pages do not support the claim that 300 credits were consumed:
- Credit usage breakdown lists Web requests 1.2 credits (6,008 requests),
Bandwidth 4.1 credits, AI inference 0, Compute 0 - yet the total line
says “Total credits consumed: 305.3”. - Account usage insights → Credits reports “No credit usage - This team
hasn’t used any credits in the selected time range” for Jul 15 to Jul 30.
This looks like the same issue reported in the topic “Free plan stuck on
operational credits despite 29.9/30 balance - production deploys blocked”.
Could you please reset the stuck credit flag and re-enable production
deploys for my team?
