Free plan stuck on operational credits — production deploys paused with 30/30 credits remaining

Hi Netlify Team,

My Free plan account seems to be stuck in the “operational credits” state, and my production deploys are currently paused. However, as seen in the screenshot, my Usage & Billing page shows I still have 30/30 credits remaining (Granted on September 12, 2026).

This looks exactly like the known credit-flag bug. Could an admin please reset the stuck flag on my team account so I can resume production deploys?

Thank you!

Same situation here, adding my numbers in case it helps.

Free plan, team “Vitaly” (slug: ovasikin). Production deploys paused,
30/30 operational credits granted Sep 12, 2026.

What I can’t reconcile: my Usage & billing page shows 301 credits used
for Sep 1 - Sep 30, but the itemized breakdown on the same page adds
up to roughly 76:

  • Builds by project: 5 production deploys total (golden-key-agency 4,
    golden-key-kp 1) = 75 credits
  • Bandwidth: 40 MB total
  • Web requests: 1.3K
  • Form submissions, AI inference, serverless functions, edge functions,
image transformations, Agent Runners: all show no usage

July shows exactly 300 credits used as well, while August shows 0.39
with comparable activity.

Could someone from Netlify explain what the remaining ~225 credits
were spent on? If the itemization is incomplete, it’s impossible for
users to manage their own usage.

Thanks.

Follow-up with exact dates from Netlify’s own notification emails:

  • Sep 10, 18:11 - “You’ve used 50% of your credits” (150 credits)
  • Sep 11, 19:57 - “You’ve used 75% of your credits” (225 credits)

My first deploy of the month happened on Sep 11 at 19:26. So 150
credits were already consumed by Sep 10, before I deployed anything
at all in September.

The “Builds by project” table for Sep 1 - Sep 30 lists only 5 builds
in total, all of them mine on Sep 11 and Sep 12. Bandwidth for the
whole period is 40 MB. Every other metric shows zero usage.

So roughly 150 credits spent during Sep 1-10 do not appear anywhere
in the itemized breakdown. Could you check what they were charged for?
