My team “Nexora” is stuck on the Free plan with production deploys and Agent Runners paused. The dashboard shows:
“Nexora is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused. The remaining balance is from operational credits that help keep your sites online and can’t be spent on production deploys or Agent Runners.”
This looks like the known July 2026 credit-migration bug reported by several other Free plan teams this month (a stuck flag blocking production deploys despite an unused monthly credit balance) — see for example:
