Hi Netlify team,
My team “Fly English” (rafafgteacher) is stuck on the Free plan with production deploys and Agent Runners paused. The dashboard shows:
“Fly English is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused. The remaining balance is from operational credits that help keep your sites online and can’t be spent on production deploys or Agent Runners.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows 30/30 credits available for the current billing period (Jul 4 – Aug 3), with a warning icon next to the balance.
This matches the known July/August 2026 stuck credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams on this forum. Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for my team?
