My Free plan team appears to be stuck on operational credits and production deploys are paused.

Plan: Free — 300 credits/month
Current billing period: Sep 11 – Oct 10, 2026
Credits shown as available: 25
Previous billing period usage: 317 credits
Current billing period credit usage: “Not available”
The new billing period has already started, but the dashboard still says:
“running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
My published sites remain online, but I cannot make new production deploys.
Current-period usage is very low:
Bandwidth: about 229 MB
Web requests: about 594
No builds
No Functions usage
No Agent Runner usage
No AI inference
This appears similar to the recent stuck operational-credits / stale credit-flag reports from other Free plan users.
Could you please check the team and reset the stuck credit flag / re-enable production deploys if appr
opriate?
