Free plan operational credits issue — production deploys still paused (Sep 2026)

Hi Netlify Support,

My Free plan team is currently stuck on operational credits and production deploys are paused.

My plan shows 300 credits/month, but the dashboard shows only operational credits remaining and I cannot publish any new production deploys.

My current billing cycle started on Sep 8, 2026, and the issue is still present on Sep 11.

Could you please check whether my team is affected by the recent operational-credits issue and re-enable production deploys if appropriate?

Hi, I’m seeing the exact same issue on a different team.

Plan: Free
Billing period: Sep 1 – Sep 30, 2026
Credits available: 30/30

The dashboard shows “now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused” and new deploys fail with “Account credit usage exceeded”, even though credits are essentially untouched.

Could you please check my team as well and re-enable production deploys? The published site is still online, just can’t push updates.
