Hi Netlify team,
My Free plan team is stuck in “operational credits” mode and production
deploys are paused, even though the billing dashboard shows 29 credits
still available for the current billing cycle (Sep 20 – Oct 19).

I have not exceeded my build minutes and the billing period just started.
This appears to be the same issue reported in several recent threads.
Could you please reset the credit state on my team so I can deploy again?
