Free plan stuck on "operational credits" despite full 30/30 balance — July 2026 credit-flag bug

Hi Netlify team,

My team (Free plan) is showing the banner “now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”, but my Usage & Billing page shows 30/30 credits available (billing period Jul 1 – Jul 31).

This looks like the known July 2026 stuck credit-flag bug that many other Free plan teams have reported this month.

Could you please reset the stuck flag and re-enable production deploys for my team? I can provide my team slug/site ID by direct message if needed.

My free-plan team True North is showing “running on operational credits, production deploys are paused” but my Usage and Billing page shows of 300 credits remaining. This looks like the known credit-flag issue. Please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys.

Hi Netlify Support,

My Free plan team is blocked from publishing production deploys. The dashboard banner says my team is now running on operational credits and that production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.

However, Usage & Billing shows [X] of [Y] credits still available, so the balance is not actually exhausted.

This looks like the known stuck operational-credits flag affecting Free plan teams since July 2026 — several other teams have reported the same thing in these forums over the past weeks.
