Subject: Free plan stuck on operational credits — production deploys blocked despite 30/30 credits available

Hi Netlify team,
My team is showing the banner "ph-kamal-hosni's team is now running on
operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused."
However, my Usage & Billing page shows a full balance of 30/30 credits
available for the current billing period (Sep 11 – Oct 10).
This matches the known operational-credits flag bug reported by several
other Free plan teams recently.

Could someone please check my team and reset the stuck flag so production
