Hi Netlify Support,
My Free plan team is stuck on “operational credits”.
Production deploys and Agent Runners are paused even though a new billing cycle should have started and new monthly credits (300) should have been granted.
This matches the known credit-flag bug many Free plan users reported in July/August 2026.
Please reset the stuck flag and grant the new monthly credits.
