Hi Netlify team,
My Free plan team “Oxean Travel Group” (team ID: info-vhap5xo) is showing the red banner “has run out of credits — Your sites may go offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.” Affected sites: oxean (oxeantravel.com) and compara-oxean — both on this team.
However, my Usage & billing page shows only 46 credits used out of 300 for the current billing period (Jul 16 – Aug 15). This appears to be the same stuck credit-flag issue other Free plan users have reported after the July credit migration.
Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for this team? Thank you.
