My free-tier account appears to still be blocked by a stale “usages_exceeded” flag after my monthly credit reset.
My account slug is:

My account email is:
The issue started after my credits were exhausted on July 4, 2026. At that time, the “usages_exceeded” flag was set correctly.
However, my billing cycle reset on July 11, 2026, and my credit usage now shows:
“credits.used: 0”
“credits.included: 300”
So the credits appear to have reset correctly, but the suspension/usage flag is still active.
The API still shows:

Because of this, I still cannot create new sites. When I try to create a new site, I get this error:
Cannot create more sites because account has exceeded usage limit.
My existing sites are still running fine, including:
- cliploop
- tradiaai
- tera-ai
The only issue is that I cannot create any new sites even though the account credits have reset to “0/300”.
Could you please manually clear the stale “usages_exceeded” flag on my account so I can resume creating sites?
