Hello Netlify Support Team,
I recently migrated my domain’s nameservers to Netlify DNS. During the initial setup transition, my MX records were temporarily missing, which caused automated Netlify form notification emails to fail and bounce.
I have now successfully added my Google Workspace MX records to my Netlify DNS panel, and my normal business emails are working again. However, my Netlify form notifications are still failing to arrive entirely (even when attempting to send to a standard external Gmail address).
Could a support engineer please check your internal system and remove my domain/email address from Netlify’s hard-bounce suppression list?
