I’ve submitted multiple test entries and checked both inbox and spam thoroughly — no notification email has ever arrived from formresponses@netlify.com. tblome@tstateledger.com is a Google Workspace mailbox that was set up recently, so it’s possible an early delivery attempt failed while DNS/MX records were still propagating, resulting in the address being suppressed.
