Form notifications not arriving, possible hard bounce list

Form submissions are appearing correctly in my Netlify dashboard, but email notifications are not being delivered. Site name: sharbookkeeping. Custom domain: sharbookkeeping.ca. Form name: contact. Notification email: info@sharbookkeeping.ca. Could you please check whether this email is on a hard-bounce or suppression list and remove it? Thank you.

the info email for my company is unfortunately having the same issue. hope to get this fixed. I have tried other emails and they have all worked fine just not the info@ one. Hope this cna get fixed
