Email notification not working for my client

Hello,

I created a netlify contact us form on my clients website “Gardens of Eden 4U Ltd”.
Unfortunatley, he is not recieving email notifications when a customer enquires on the site. However, I am.
I’ve checked at least 10 times to make sure the email is correct. I’ve even emailed him from my regular account to make sure the email address is active. Finally, I even called him up and asked him to check his spam folder - which he said was empty.
I’ve heard there is a hard bounce list. Is it possible that his email is on it?

Hi, @ReadingWebAgency. I checked both email addresses for the form notifications (both your email address - the same one used for this forum account - and the other email address). Neither is on the hard bounce list and I do see email delivery confirmations for the other email address.

I would ask them to contact the technical support for their email service to find out what is happening to the form notification emails because they are being sent.

What is interesting is that I don’t see any email deliveries (not even an attempt) to your email address in the last week. Did you possibly remove and then recently re-add your email address to the form notifications?

Yes, I’ve only recently added my email so that I can inform my client when somebody posts.
