I’m currently facing issues adding a domain to my Netlify account. This domain was initially added to this account for testing purposes, but I’ve since removed the DNS records and deleted the domain from Netlify. My intention is to shift this domain to another Netlify account. However, despite these actions, I’m encountering difficulties adding the domain. Any assistance you could provide in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Hi there, thanks for reaching out! It looks like a subdomain of this site is in use in a Netlify account. I’m seeing DNS zones for alarm.programmingera.com. Do you have access to the account to go in to delete it? You will want to go to the Domains tab of your admin and delete it from there, as well is from the site.

Please solve this issue your response time is very slow and i am disappointed from your services , just free my domain , this is your problem you guys don’t update your database if any user deletes the account and now it is costing me , i am losing my patience already 3 days passed . i have sent you the screenshots with the records set .
