Hello,
my domain juergendirrigl.de was registered through Netlify and expired on Sep 2, 2026. The automatic renewal failed because the credit card on file had expired. I have now added a new, verified card, but when I click “Enable auto-renewal”, the dashboard shows “Domain cannot be auto-renewed within 24 hours of expiration”.
The domain is still within the 30-day grace period. I want to renew it for one year with auto-renewal enabled.
I already emailed support@netlify.com and submitted a support request via the “Renew a domain” form today (Sep 17). Could a staff member please make sure this reaches the domain team before the grace period ends?
