Hello,
My domain jnassistenciatecnica.com, registered through Netlify, expired on August 8, 2025.
When I try to renew it from the dashboard, I receive the following error message:
“Domain cannot be auto-renewed within 24 hours of expiration.”
I understand from Netlify’s documentation and other support cases that domains can still be renewed manually within 30 days after expiration. I am currently within that grace period and would like to renew my domain for the standard fee.
Could you please assist me with the manual renewal process?
Thank you very much for your help!
Best regards,
Caio Fernandes
