Netlify site name: raulfr.netlify.app
Custom domain: raulflr.com (and www.raulflr.com)
My domain raulflr.com was registered through Netlify on Jun 26, 2022.
It expired on Jun 25, 2026. When I try to enable auto-renewal from the
dashboard, I get this error:
“Domain cannot be auto-renewed within 24 hours of expiration.”
Since the domain is already expired, there is no button or option anywhere
in the dashboard to pay or renew it manually. Because of this, the domain
no longer resolves (DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN) and the dashboard shows
“Netlify DNS propagating…” indefinitely, plus the SSL certificate warning
“raulflr.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”.
Yes, I tried Ask Netlify first, but this issue requires a manual renewal
from the support team, which the chatbot cannot process.
Request: Please process a manual renewal for raulflr.com. I’m ready to pay
the $16.99/year renewal fee, and I have a valid payment method on my account.
The domain is still within the grace period (expired 11 days ago), so I’d
appreciate help before it enters redemption.
